Update! Turns out I don't actually need resistors with theses LED indicators. I was thinking about how I could get the white daytime running lights (conspicuity) working, and during testing, discovered that the resistors aren't required. Originally, I had the white LED on the front units connected to the low-beam +12V. When testing, I kept getting the "globe warning" on the dash, so I figured a resistor was required. I kept getting the warning on the dash, so I disconnected the white LED from the low-beam. Everything worked fine, so I left it.
Yesterday, I tried again, but this time I connected the white LED to a permanent (switched) +12V. Yep, works fine. I disconnected the resistor. Yep, works fine. I also removed the resistor from the rear blinkers. Yep, works fine. No "globe warning".
