Subject: Oil Pressure light on at ignition? Thu Oct 18, 2018 11:14 pm
Hi all. Is the red oil pressure light supposed to illuminate when the ignition is turned on (then go off at startup)? Just noticed that mine doesn’t come on at all. Not at ignition or at any time.
Thoughts?

All my lights come on briefly when I turn key to on. They all go out, except for the sidestand light and neutral light, about the same time the fuel pump stops running. This is without starting, just key on. Hope this helps.

Nope. That's normal. Only lights that remain on are neutral and sidestand, if deployed.
