The BOS exhaust system for the GRiSO is, for some, sort of the Holy Grail of exhausts- I have to admit, to me it's the nicest looking and maybe even the best sounding of all the different exhausts I've seen for the GRiSO.
I've never seen it out there how one might go about acquiring one, but came across this yesterday, so I thought I'd post the link here for anyone interested (pardon me if it's already here on the forum somewhere):
DAS MOTOTEC (BOS exhaust)
Why not buy a BOS?
1. Price- at current exchange rates it'd set you back about $2,200 US. So for me, er, no. 2. Language barrier (German) 3. Maybe they won't even ship outside of Europe, I couldn't tell you.

It's gorgeous, but requires a whole heap of other stuff to fit. When the Oz $ was riding high I was tempted. Now...... (Gwerp!)

It's still and 2 into 1 out to 2 isn't it? That's been the deal breaker for me... Now if it were truly 2 into 2 with a crossover, there might be something there.

Kinda agree... a 2 in 2 would rock but I do like that look and I'm sure the music is still awesome. Only negative...can't run side bags.

That would be a deal breaker for me since I like to tour on the GRiSO. It sure does look nice though, and really exposes the rear wheel and single-sided swingarm nicely.

That bike has some sort of blinker malfunction!
Maybe the fluid needs changing.

The real deal breaker for me was the price actually... I run GIVI hard cases on my bike and I made/customized my own brackets so I could have "Designed" them to fit around the mufflers by putting them slightly outward and by also lowering the mufflers about an inch or so. Can be done...

General Question:
Besides throwing buckets of cash around, is there any reason that a modified 2 into 2 system with crossover wouldn't work?

No reason at all. Keep in mind that a 2-1 system will produce more torque than a 2-2 with crossover. IMO The only reason to go 2-2 would be for the sound.
