Any reason not to do this? Anyone have a how-to?

Everyone takes it off. Remove hoses from it, take it off. Remove hose from L&R intake manifold, remove it from the 'T' in the center. Put a 1 piece line in it's place, 3/16" gas line or vac line to ea side. Un-fish all hoses from back of tank. 1 on ea side of tank, 1 goes to a blue/orange tipover valve or grey in color, run it down under bike for tank breather. Other line from back of tank is the filler lid drain, run it under bike also.
All Done
