Ok, what have you guys been up to? Why are there banner ads on GG offering to introduce me to Ukranian girls?

Was telling a friend today that I have NEVER thrown a leg over that fucking thing and had it be trouble free.
Fixed a dodgy RS blinker not two days ago. Shit again today. I kept noticing how it wasn't leaking oil. 2009, mind, not '69, '49, '29...Jinx.

Cooling feed to head if it's on the back of the cylinder or phase sensor if it is forward of the cylinder.

Mr. Roper, that cooling feed, is that likely to be just a torquing, or...O-ring, crush washer, scarf, tapping the threads? Can I do it without tank removal?

Might just need nipping up. Remove the wing and you can slip a 19mm open ender down the side of the cylinder and give it a nip. Do NOT reef on it till you fart! You'll shear the banjo bolt.

A little groaning, a little cursing, and sure enough, was -barely- able to get a 19 open end in there and sure enough, it was...soft. I gave it a quarter turn and let it go. Freakin' Craftsman tools, at least the current, are awfully damn fat, and it's pretty crowded in there, including stuff in contact with the heads. What brand do you guys like for tools for a job like this?

Oh great... while I was at it I thought I'd do throttle cable free play. In dicking around with it noticed something that has to have been going on for a while: Throttle sticking on return, about 1/3 of the way open. Lube? Routing? Barnacles? What is the proper, simple, easy way for owner-not-tech to lube throttle cables?

Those specialty tools seem awfully pricey, and there's folks on the forums with bad things to say...

F-M-S. Now it wont start. Fully charged, new batt. Tiny click from...a relay on RS of bike behind motor.

No, they're nylon lined. Lube will make the nylon swell and grab the inner cables.
