| I was unsure when I took the light out of its box, but now it's on, I think I like it. Won't really know until it gets used in anger. How does it work? In your battery, there's these tiny little things called electrons. They all live in the negative end. It's very depressing there, and they all really want to go live at the positive end. It's kind of like "going to The Island". So, whenever the keyswitch is on, a little door opens, and they get to all zoom along to the positive end, via all the wiring in the bike. As some of the lucky buggers zoom through the light wiring, their excitement is converted to light via the magical LED beings. Eventually, they end up in the positive end, but the sad thing is that they die there. Their little corpses sink into the 'cell', where they are eventually reborn as excited little electrons in the negative end. | Entirely too scientific for us 'mericans. Me likes the spider eyes. Reminds me of the big bastard that tried to eat Frodo Baggins.

| Very interested in night time cornering and price??? My Speaker LED headlight (for a Jeep) has the distinctive cut-off of white light below, and pitch black above on both lo and hi beam. While a mates Poocati with aftermarket LED light at least had a soft yellow light above that mystical line. Meant he could still see where he was going around corners at night. |

| 75 watts , does it need a relay and some heavier wiring ? I'm sure it will stun dumb kangaroos at 500 meters , burn retinas at 600, etc etc. It might be a good daytime " HERE I AM " light for me, as I'm scared of the dark, and riding at night interferes with my drinking time | |

| Pity you didn't have a Titanium ring, it would colour up nicely with the heat output. Also helps with forward weight bias. |

Nup. You're only looking at an extra 1.25A. Er, any other vehicle, I wouldn't be concerned. If it spontaneously combusts, I'll probably change my mind. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ..[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.].In GRiSO we trust! .

$196 shipped. Low beam I kinda expect the flat beam with cut-off. Hi beam, not so much. Ride report ASAP. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ..[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.].In GRiSO we trust! .

But it´s your bike and your decision. When it works, all would be fine.

The Corbin is fantastic. I used to get numb-bum within an hour with the stock seat, now I can ride all day. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ..[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.].In GRiSO we trust! .

| Also there are L and R versions, as in for countries that drive on the wrong right side of the road, the low beam cut off is angled up on opposite sides. |

| Am I the only one who doesn't like the "quality" of LED light?
Whether it comes from a flashlight (torch), fog light/running light, headlight, light bulb... Sure, the light is bright, but it doesn't illuminate. It's so linear, it just doesn't diffuse with any effectiveness.
Maybe it's just me...
Though I do like the looks of it on the GRiSO. Tres chic. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]2012 MOTO GUZZI GRiSO 1200SE2013 MOTO GUZZI STELVIO 1200NTX - Orange Blossom Special

Though I do like the looks of it on the GRiSO. Tres chic. I don't care for the light emitted from most LED headlights (too blue/white) for me. I have many LED fixtures in my home however that I find quite satisfactory. I shopped for these by color (temperature). I am not sure if some LEDs have different wave lengths though. I had some sodium vapor bulbs installed in a building I owned years ago. The light was terrible! I'm not sure why but the light went to the floor and died. There was no bounce back, just dark shadows. There seems to be a lot to this business. Beetle- I think the headlight looks cool but I am kind of stuck on the stock bucket.

The end. Dad gave me that talk long ago right about the time I started finding woman inexplicably attractive rather than boring, underpowered alternate playmates.
