| Hi friends, Were anybody of you complaining about back pain? Well... I was, and I knew I have problem on my L4 L5 spinal segment vertebrae since 20 years. That's why I was riding enduro touring or scooter type bikes for long rides. After I shifted to GRiSO, I have felt back pain after 200 km ride. And I thought that if I raise my handlebar a little, it would make me more comfortable during long rides and tours. I searched internet and unfortunately couldn't find the real solution. There were lots of handlebar raisers but none of them really suits the design of the GRiSO or some of them are huge expensive. So, I made these (on the pictures) they are 20 mm height with shape of handlebar holders. Today I ride 400 km without any back pain. Did any of you made or bought similar to these raisers and how do you feel now? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| CNC program is almost ready. Height is no problem. Just tell me the height you want. But I think, length of the cables wouldn't let more than 30 mm. | |

| Yup, that seems eminently sensible. Just use what is convenient. If needs be make up lazer cut shims a few mm thick so as the needy and anal can get it 'Just Right'.
I'll go with a set of 15 or 20 if convenient.

| Onur, this is fantastic, even better than Just In Time (JIT) delivery - Build To Order (BTO) - shame I don't need any as I don't have a GRiSO.
But, I did make up a set of 20 mm risers for my Sport when I got it. Did it the hard way, by hand. Sand blasted them before fitting and they still look good after 7 years! | |

| Up to 20 mm, no need to change cables and wires. We made it with 84 mm height and cut them to 20 mm pieces. So, no problem for me to cut in to any height you like. But difficulty is arising with the bolts. If you want 16 mm height, than we have to cut 4 mm from 60 mm bolts. I tried 10, 15 and lastly 20 mm height, and 20 mm suited best with turning handlebar about 15-20 degrees clockwise from the standard position.

| Up to 20 mm no need to change wires and cables. No difficulty for me to do any height from 10 mm to 60 mm with 5 mm increments. | |

| Onur, Made myself some like that a few years ago and in my opinion they are the neatest solution to the problem of raising the bars. We have seen many different bar raising ideas over the years but few are anywhere near as good a solution as this. You are right about the cable and hose lengths, from my experience 20mm would be about the maximum you can use without having to change other parts. | |
