| Ron, I pulled my Guzzi 'big' screen off today to test wind noise. Well, what a difference. Even though my new Shark is far more quiet than the previous Shoei, without the screen it was really quiet by comparison. At 100km/h, I could hear the engine, rather than just feel it. At 1X0km/h, I was still happy. At X00km/h, I thought my head might get ripped off at any moment. I didn't tuck in though.
Not sure how to proceed. I usually fatigue earlier without the screen, and the bike looks a bit funny now without the screen and with that new LED headlight. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ..[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.].In GRiSO we trust! .

| I can only add, screens developed in a wind tunnel are much more effective than cosmetic designs. My MkIII Le Mans was perfect. Experience with BMW R90S, excellent, GS1000S (BMW copy) was also good. Kawa Z1R - woeful, as was the 2014 Z1000.
Mate races at the lake, what appears to the eye to be a good aerodynamic profile is usually ineffective.
Those who have previously owned Le Mans 3 will know the wind pressure on bicep and shoulders holding the weight of your torso up, without turbulence beating ya noggin silly.
SCREENS ARE FOR PUSSIES! HTFU |

| the mini fairing on my Sport, I find quite useful - even though I am a shortarse. Hear what you say, Wayne on the air pressure, and I find the same effect over $1.20, the higher the amount the better.
Solution, purchase a 1200 Sport "fairing", fit it to your GRiSO, and you should be all sorted.

| Street, It looks great and very creative of you to find something for another mfgr and make it work for the GRiSO. Nice job. You have a unique GRiSO now. | |

Not very, 5'-6"ish, and where the wind hits me really depends on the speed I'm traveling, but the fairing definitely takes the wind off of my chest and directs it closer to the top of my head. Before I installed it, it felt like the wind was trying to lift my helmet off at 80 mph, now that's not the case. --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]“Danger + Survival = Fun.” - Neil Peart[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Hmmm, interesting suggestion, Keener, but I think I prefer it to be all black. Also, there really isn't any white on the bike, it's a matte silver.

| I adjusted my screen to various positions. I found that with the screen tilted all the wary rearwards, wind noise was reduced substantially. | I liked Street's Stryker fairing so much, I have joined him in GRiSO Stryker land. I'm going to have to get a bucket for my headlight so I can move it forward a tad. Otherwise, I'm well chuffed.
