Ok here's a quicky put a new rear tyre on my stelvio today when I removed the rear caliper some thread came out with one of the bolts its the first time ive removed it its prob had 4 or 5 tyres with previous owners when I looked closely at the bracket I could see the bolts dont go all the way in about 10 mm of thread was unused the bolts measured 25mm long so I substituted them for 30mm ones giving much more purchase they snuged up fine with some locktite, I may need to Helicoil them in the futre but theyre fine for now I think its well worth a look next time your rear caliper is off. Also I torqued the rear wheel bolts up to 80 Lbs ft as recomended it seemed a bit on the heavy side to me what do you guys think ??, HTH, Jon.
