| Just got it back to the workshop. Pulled the rocker cover, two very small, (like 1.5mm.) bits of gravel. Wiped them out, replaced the rocker cover, checked oil, turned key, pressed the button! Yay! Runs nice with no queer noises! Brilliant! There are a few bits that need fixxin' but I've got them off the other wreck! Winner! Winner! Chicken Dinner! Pete | |

| Well I just towed another crashed GRiSO,
2014 Roller with 17,000km
Instruments cracked lens and rashed housing.
Left switch block, clutch m/c & mirror busted.
Both brake levers, gear lever bent/busted, bar ends rashed.
Both tappet covers rashed, left cover is bent out of shape, gasket leaked some oil.
Left cylinder head has one fin rashed.
Tip of CARC and oil cooler cover lightly rashed. Seat cover torn.
Agostini pipe unmarked, Rexxer mapped, bike runs smooth and quiet, owner rode it 150k home from accident, and would prefer it not be written off. (Swann Insured)
Bike is now in the hands of a master panel beater spray painter (Ducati owner).
Owner Richard has been sold the ghetto
Panel beater Steve has been pointed towards Bungendore for parts. |

| It really depends on what they go for doesn't it? I think I may of let the cat out of the bag by bragging about how I got mine for $2,150! Thing is prices seem to vary with no rhyme or reason at Pickles auctions. A year and a half ago I considered bidding on a written off V7 Racer, it was very low mileage, (I'd just done the first service.) but it had frame damage and eventually went to Tasmania to a bloke who paid what I thought was far too much. Then there was the Stelvio with a busted swingarm that ended up going for seven grand plus! There's no consistency.
All you can really do is watch and be prepared to pounce.
