at the shop getting tire patched. What are the torque specs for the front tire?

I take it you mean the front wheel spindle nut and pinch bolts? Spindle? Comfortably tight. Pinch bolts?not very tight at all. Very Happy

In all honestly I can't tell you exact figures off the top of my head. I do them by feel.PETE

I went by the book.

Spindle 80Nm
Pinch bolts 25Nm
Caliper retainers 50Nm

Correct.  The table for tightening torques start on page 19 of the 1200 8V Workshop Manual.

You can download the manual from the eLibrary section of the ghetto if you don't have it already.

Here is a link to the section.

The pinch bolts are listed in the Front Suspension section on page 23 and listed as Fork hubs closing (25Nm)

The Spindle is listed in the Front Wheel section on page 24 and listed as Wheel pin nut (80Nm)
