| looking for the part# for the oil filter cup wrench that fits the 8 sided Guzzi filters for the 1100 , lost mine some fricken place ,also where to get them..

I have just ordered one for myself.
I ordered one 65mm by 14 flutes, I thought this was the correct one, maybe I am wrong. I have also ordered a hi flow oil filter 551.
I suppose when both arrive I will know if they match, heres hoping
I just e'bayed and got onto a site Rohlin1010 (hong kong) they had all sizes, aluminium, $3.34AUD delivered.

| The UFI filters imported here as 'Genuine' still have 8 flutes. UFI also make an identical filter with 14 flutes and that's what tends to be provided in the USA. Aftermarket filters vary.
Note for people with MY 2015 and beyond models these use the Cali 14 sump and filter which is different again.

I just went down to the garage and got under my G11.
Pete was correct, measured my filter, 76mm by 14 flutes.
So, I have the wrong cup on it's way, anyway only $3.34.
I have just revisited the site mentioned above and they have a BMW one , they say it's 74mm by 14 flutes, not 76 as mentioned but I ordered this one hoping that there is some taper in all this and it will do the job.
This one is $3.49 AUD, about $3.00US.
All will be revealed when they arrive.

| I got one from MCAS (to fit a harley) and I use HiFlo Filtro filters so you might pick one up failry close to home if you need to. | |

| I inadvertently ordered one of each. AF1 racing sells the 8 sided UFI filter and MG cycle sells the 14 sided UFI filter under the same part number GU30153000. Oh well, at least filter wrenches are not too expensive! | |
