| Moin, Moin; as we say here in northern Germany. Living in a small village 60 km north from Hannover. The last 24 yaers my motorcycles where Hinkley Triumphs. Actually i own 2 Trident 900, 1 Trophy 1200. There are also a Yamaha SRX6, a XS 400 and a XJ600 in the garage. Maybe sell your wife, but never leave your bike. In November last year i bought my GRiSO 8V. It is from 2009 and has already 64000 km on the speedo. He is still running fine and my ´91 Trident is getting a little bit jealous when GRiSO leaves the garage. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Ride on Sven | |

| Welcome!
Bike looks great - is that a Zard? Mine has the matte finish but yours looks glossy.

| You are right. It´s a matte black ZARD. The bike was cleaned right before that moment, because of the salt it catched on the trailer. | |

| Congratulations on learning to love a GRiSO. Your comment about "sell your wife" is funny as Hell. | |

| Welcome, Sven. Your GRiSO looks kind of bad ass with all that black. Very cool!
So you kept the earliest of the Hinkley's. They were built like tanks (weighed like tanks too), but really nice bikes. Which of those that you kept do you like best?
Cheers,
Ron | |

| Hello Ron; the love of my life is my ´91 Trident 900. I bought the bike new and gave her 36000km in the first year (there was no family at this time). Today she has 173000km and we still have fun. Last year we visited the Ulster GP in Ireland and the Museum in Mandello. I tried other bikes (there is also an 2002 Daytona 955i CE that i killed on the Oschersleben Racetrack), but my old Lady is still my favorite. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The GRiSO is a new love. It makes me nervous and brings my blood to boil. If he is right for me - time will tell. Sven | |

| Welcome Sven. Nice GRiSO. Lovely looking trident too. Very strong engine. Wish I'd kept my "96Thunderbird. It's the one bike I've always regretted selling. (And the Commando, and the Suzuki T500) Think I'll stop now before I get misty eyed. | |

| Welcome F-man. Beautiful GRiSO you have. Thanks for posting the images. Very much like the all black cylinders and the Zard. I'll bet it sounds quite nice!

| Hello, had a couple of Hinckley triples myself, good bikes but always thought there was something missing. I'm just used to lumpy twins and singles I reckon. | |

You`re right. 4 cylinders are at least 1 cylinder to much. 3 of them are fine, but GRiSO´s two are much more characterful. Have a nice weekend Sven
